Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Access limits, available providers, and beta functionality may change as the service develops.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Afzina and its providers a limited permission to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and lawful bases needed for prompts and reference media, including permission to use any person's face, voice, identity, performance, or other likeness.
AI output limitations
Generated outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, incomplete, or similar to material produced for others. Afzina does not certify originality, legal clearance, factual accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular use. You must review outputs and obtain any required legal, editorial, and rights clearances before using or distributing them.
Service changes and beta access
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Afzina Pro is a private beta and waitlist offering; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, functionality, or pricing. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, unlawful conduct, security risk, nonpayment where applicable, or activity that threatens users, providers, or the service. You may stop using Afzina and request account deletion. Terms that by their nature should survive, including rights, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior activity, remain effective.
