Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses of Afzina's production, reference, and generation tools.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

You may not use Afzina, its providers, or generated outputs to facilitate unlawful activity, violate another person's rights, or evade provider or platform safeguards.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or exploitation.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or exploitative sexual content.
  • Deceptive impersonation, fraud, extortion, harassment, stalking, or credible threats.
  • Using a person's face, voice, identity, or performance without the rights or consent required for the intended context.
  • Biometric identification, face matching of unknown people, or inference of highly sensitive traits.
  • Instructions or media that materially enable violence, malware, credential theft, or evasion of security controls.
  • Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Spam, abusive automation, service disruption, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to exceed access limits.
  • Misrepresenting synthetic media as authentic evidence where that deception could cause harm.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove content, preserve evidence, limit providers, suspend an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these rules. Context matters, including documentary, educational, and artistic uses, but labels or disclaimers do not excuse harmful or unlawful conduct.

Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include the relevant project or output identifier, a description of the concern, and a way to contact you. Do not email illegal imagery; provide enough information for us to locate it safely.
