Information we process
We process account and authentication details, support messages, service activity, device and security logs, and the project material you submit. Project material can include prompts, scripts, uploaded reference images, audio or video, character and environment descriptions, generation settings, reviews, and generated outputs.
References and likenesses
Reference media may depict identifiable people or contain personal information. Submit it only when you have a lawful basis and the rights and permissions required for the intended use. Do not use Afzina to identify unknown people or to create deceptive or non-consensual depictions.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the studio, run requested generation and processing jobs, maintain project history and continuity, respond to support requests, enforce our policies, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your project content to represent that an output is verified or factually accurate.
Providers and subprocessors
Afzina relies on service providers for hosting, storage, email, security, customer support, analytics, payment processing where enabled, and AI or media generation. Content and technical data needed to complete a request may be sent to the selected model, generation, or media-processing provider. Those providers process data under their own service terms and our applicable agreements. Provider location and retention can vary, so do not submit material that is unsuitable for third-party processing.
Retention and deletion
We retain active account and project information while needed to provide the service. Archived projects display a scheduled removal date and can be restored only before retention expires. Backups, security records, transaction records, and material retained for legal compliance may remain for a limited additional period. To request account deletion or ask about access, correction, or export, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
