Submitting a notice
Send notices to [email protected]. Identify the protected work, the Afzina project or output at issue, where it can be found, your contact details, and the action requested. Explain whether the complaint concerns copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, face, performance, or another likeness right.
For a copyright notice, include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. Do not submit knowingly false notices.
Our response
We may request more information, restrict access, preserve relevant records, notify the affected account holder, or remove material while reviewing a notice. We may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Removal from Afzina does not remove copies already exported or distributed elsewhere.
Counter-notices
If your material was restricted by mistake, email the same address with the affected material, your contact details, why removal was mistaken or misidentified, your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the complainant and restore material when legally permitted.
Urgent safety concerns
For non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, or immediate safety concerns, contact [email protected] with "Urgent Safety" in the subject. Contact local emergency services when someone faces imminent danger.
